Job Overview:
A Commercial Carpenter Superintendent in Pittsburgh oversees on-site carpentry work for vertical construction projects. They manage daily field operations, direct trade crews, ensure safety rules are met, and keep building schedules on track for commercial sites like offices, retail spaces, and multi-family structures.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise on-site carpentry teams and subcontractors.
• Enforce OSHA safety guidelines on the job site.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and project plans.
• Track daily progress and report delays to the project manager.
• Coordinate material deliveries and equipment use.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of commercial building codes.
• Proven experience in structural and finish carpentry.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Problem-solving abilities for field adjustments.
• At least five years of relevant experience in the Pittsburgh market.

Pay Range: $75K - $90K + benefits
