• On-Site: Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday.
• Remote: Monday & Friday.

Schedule Details:

• Training Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
• Post-Training Hours: Mon-Fri, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM.

• Serve as the first point of contact for investors via inbound calls.
• Execute monetary transactions and resolve account inquiries.

• Collaborate with a small, motivated team to drive process improvements.
