REGA Gymnastics is looking for an energetic, dependable, and positive Gymnastics Coach to join our growing team. We are a great gymnastics facility led by a former Olympic gymnast, dedicated to helping athletes build confidence, develop skills, and reach their full potential in a supportive and encouraging environment.

This position will work with athletes in recreational and/or competitive gymnastics programs, helping create a fun, safe, and positive experience while developing athletes both inside and outside the gym.

Whether you have coaching experience or a strong gymnastics background with a passion for teaching, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Coach athletes in recreational and/or competitive gymnastics programs
• Teach proper techniques, skill development, and progression
• Create a safe, positive, and motivating learning environment
• Encourage athlete confidence, teamwork, and sportsmanship
• Monitor athlete safety and maintain class structure
• Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and team members
• Assist with gym setup, organization, and maintaining a clean facility

Qualifications

• Previous gymnastics coaching experience preferred
• Gymnastics experience or a strong athletic background encouraged
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Positive attitude and ability to work with children of various ages
• Dependable, energetic, and team-oriented
• Ability to create a fun and engaging learning environment
• Ability to demonstrate or assist with gymnastics skills as needed
