Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic educational location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license. Pay Rate: $19.50 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within an educational campus environment.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through appropriate channels.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout campus buildings, common areas, walkways, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, observe visitor and student activity, and support campus staff with directions, information, and/or assistance related to location procedures.
• Assist with handling alarms, unusual activity, and/or policy-related concerns while maintaining visible presence and communicating with supervisors, local staff, and/or first responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
