Baker/Cook
Watson Memorial Home is seeking a Full Time Cook/Baker for our 25 bed all women's personal care home to prepare and serve meals and baked goods from prearranged menus. Strong time management and a positive, team-oriented attitude are essential.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve meals and baked goods per menu and dietary needs
- Follow recipes and accommodate special diets
- Maintain clean and safe kitchen areas and equipment
- Handle cleaning chemicals safely
- Support kitchen team
- Occasionally supervise or serve as waitstaff
- Manage inventory and assist with special event meals
- Provide friendly service to residents and staff
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to pass drug screening and pre-employment physical
- Restaurant and/or baking experience preferred but not required
- Serve Safe certification preferred (or willing to obtain)
- Flexible, positive, and team-oriented
- Willing to work holidays as scheduled
Other Expectations:
- Complete mandatory training and participate in safety drills
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Assist with onboarding and training new employees
- Adapt to variable hours and occasional overtime as needed
