Shipping Specialist (Pharma)

Your work directly supports the reliability of our supply chain and helps ensure patients receive vital treatments without delay, reinforcing Clinigen’s mission to improve patient outcomes.
This position is required to be on site in Malvern, PA.
Your role at Clinigen :
- Prepares and verifies the pack-out of domestic and international shipments
- Completes and reviews shipping documents, reports, memos, and correspondence
- Prepares and maintains shipping supplies
- Partners with other members of the Operations Department to address and resolve concerns prior to shipment
- Learns and adheres to Good Documentation Practices (GDP), current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), and CSM’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Requirements
To be successful in this role you should have:
- 1 year warehouse experience
- 1 year of experience with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), or Good Documentation Practices (GDP)

- Experience operating with Microsoft Office software
