Night Shift - 6:45pm - 7:15am
12 HOUR SHIFTS
3 shifts per week with a flexible schedule!

Fox Subacute at Mechanicsburg is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our clinical team. We offer flexible scheduling options across all shifts, including opportunities to work condensed schedules such as three 12-hour shifts per week.

Fox Subacute is a 55-bed specialty care facility providing high-acuity care for clinically complex residents, including respiratory and ventilator-dependent individuals. Our environment offers the clinical complexity of a hospital step-down unit combined with the continuity and relationship-building of long-term care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with established care plans and clinical protocols
• Perform patient assessments and utilize strong clinical and critical thinking skills to guide care decisions
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy as permitted by licensure
• Collaborate with LPNs, CNAs, respiratory therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations

Qualifications & Requirements

• Current Pennsylvania RN License in good standing
• Current CPR certification
• Strong clinical, assessment, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary care environment
• IV certification preferred (training provided if needed)
• Ability to work scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays as required
