Sales Person

The Sales Person role is a full-time, Monday through Friday daylight position, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and store managers, managing accounts, and representing Marburger Farm Dairy in the community. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and store managers
• Promote and represent Marburger Farm Dairy products to new and existing accounts
• Identify and sign new accounts to expand the company's reach
• Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns
• Utilize a company vehicle to travel between the dairy and store locations
• Complete daily routes and return to the dairy at the end of each shift
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and account information

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Outgoing and professional demeanor
• Competence with basic computer tasks
• Neat and professional appearance
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening

Compensation

$16 to $17 per hour , based on experience
