Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our Acute Rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality therapy interventions and collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical abilities and limitations.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and interventions.
• Monitor and document patient progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members for optimal patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Prior experience in acute rehabilitation preferred, but all experience levels are welcome.
• Clearances required: Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance, Fingerprinting, and PA State Police Clearance.
