A global organization is seeking a hands-on Regional HR Operations Manager to lead a team of HR and Payroll professionals, delivering comprehensive HR services and driving operational excellence. This leadership role is responsible for HR administration, benefits, recruitment coordination, compliance, reporting, and strategic HR projects. The position requires direct involvement in daily operations, coaching and mentoring team members, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and execute HR operational processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance

  • Lead, coach, and develop HR and Payroll team members

  • Implement and optimize HR policies, benefits, and recruitment processes

  • Standardize HR operations and enhance employee experiences

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR legislation and compliance requirements

  • Represent HR Operations in leadership forums and contribute to strategic initiatives

  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery

  • Utilize analytics to identify process improvements and automation opportunities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Extensive experience in HR Operations, including leadership roles

  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and benefits administration

  • Experience with recruitment, leave management, and payroll support

  • Proficiency with HRIS/ATS platforms and shared services methodologies

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $105000.00 - $133000.00/yr.
