Job description:

Our team is looking for an enthusiastic front desk receptionist proficient in Open Dental Software. Candidate must have good communication skills, knowledge of dental codes and dental insurances. We are looking for someone friendly with a welcoming personality and team player mentality. Someone who can multitask and is dependable. This is a full time position .

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

• Greet patients warmly and manage patient check-in and check-out processes with professionalism and care
• Schedule appointments accurately using dental practice management software such as Softdent and Open Dental
• Verify insurance coverage and perform insurance eligibility and benefit verification
• Collect payments, process billing, and handle medical collections with attention to detail and accuracy
• Maintain comprehensive and organized patient records in EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems
• Answer multi-line phone systems efficiently, providing excellent customer service and addressing patient inquiries promptly
• Review documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and proper recordkeeping
