Needs: Lancaster, 17603 Hours Available: 40h/w Days: Monday thru Friday SHIFTS: 1st shift; 8a-4p * Lititz, 17543 Hours Available: 20h/w Days: Saturday, & Sunday and nonschool days Shift: 1st shift, 8-10h flexible * Competitive Pay – Get paid what you're worth! What You’ll Do: * Provide one-on-one home health nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes following an individualized home health plan of care * Work closely with families and case managers to ensure the highest level of pediatric home health care. * Deliver home health nursing interventions that match your skill level and comfort.
