Landscape/Hardscape Installation Crew
Position Overview:
Sarver Landscape is seeking motivated, dependable, and hard-working individuals to join our team as Landscape/Hardscape Crew Members . This position is hands-on and field-based, working outdoors to install and maintain high-quality residential and commercial landscapes and hardscapes. Candidates should have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the installation of hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, fire pits, and outdoor kitchens using materials like pavers, stone, and concrete.
Perform landscape installations including planting trees, shrubs, and perennials, grading soil, laying sod, and spreading mulch.
Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment (e.g., skid steers, compactors, saws, hand tools).
Follow project plans, blueprints, and instructions from crew leaders or supervisors.
Maintain a clean and safe job site.
Load and unload materials and tools each day.
Work in a variety of outdoor weather conditions.
Requirements:
Experience in landscaping or hardscaping preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety practices.
Reliable transportation
Willingness to work extended hours and occasional weekends during peak season.
Valid driver’s license (preferred).
