Bilingual Office Assistant (Arabic / English)
METAX is a growing tax, insurance, immigration, and translation agency seeking a reliable and detail oriented Office Assistant to support daily office operations and assist clients.
Responsibilities
- Call clients to collect required information and follow up on pending documents
- Speak confidently with clients in Arabic and EnglishSchedule appointments and send reminders
- Perform accurate data entry and update client recordsPrepare and organize client files and service packets
- Handle basic front desk support and administrative tasks
Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Must be located in the United States and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Comfortable making a high volume of phone calls daily
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good computer skills
- Organized, detail oriented, and able to multitask
- Previous call center or office experience is a plus
