What You'll Do:

• Gain clinical exposure by preparing patient rooms, setting up instruments, and assisting with basic procedures.
• Assist with direct patient care , including helping patients with transfers, collecting specimens, and preparing for exams.
• Perform phlebotomy and learn essential clinical techniques under supervision.
• Manage patient check-in and check-out processes, including verifying insurance eligibility and organizing patient flow.
• Interact with patients and healthcare providers, developing essential communication and professional skills.
• Handle medical records in compliance with HIPAA, giving you a behind-the-scenes look at healthcare operations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA, CLIA, and the PA Department of Health standards.

What We Look For:

• Currently pursuing a degree in pre-med, nursing, or a related healthcare field.
