Senior Helpers of Reading has immediate openings for responsible, reliable and compassionate Caregivers for several shifts throughout Berks County. We are hiring for all schedules, including caregivers to work Live-in, overnights, and short shifts (2-4 hours per shift.)

We are seeking to staff a variety of schedules and shifts immediately. If you are...

• interested in becoming a caregiver,
• are looking for more experience as a CNA,
• seeking experience while pursuing a nursing degree,
• just need additional hours,
• have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain open communication with seniors, their families, and our staff
• Provide caring companionship through conversation, help with hobbies, meal preparation, and more
• Assist with diet monitoring, walking, personal hygiene care, and other activities of daily living.
• Assist with non-medical care needs including normal aging challenges and hospital recovery
