- Serve as an expert in Front Office, Housekeeping, POMEC, In-Room Dining, and Food and Beverage Operations, acting as the hotel's call center.
- Conduct Quality Assurance Checks to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Assist with room checks and warming as needed.
- Provide consistently professional, engaging, and friendly service to all guests.
- Resolve guest issues and inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Monitor and respond to guest inquiries via the hotel's text messaging platform, ensuring 24-hour accessibility and response.
- Track and coordinate Loyalty Amenities for Accor loyalty members, ensuring compliance with corporate standards.
- Enter, track, and dispatch Engineering work order requests.
- Manage Housekeeping dispatch, restaurant reservations, and Lost and Found inquiries.
- Take In-Room Dining orders seamlessly, demonstrating full knowledge of menus and operations.
- Utilize Royal Service Manager for all calls and requests to ensure effective trend tracking.
- Create internal tickets for guest issues or complaints, monitoring them for follow-up and immediate resolution.
- Generate ACDC arrival reports.
- Handle all telecom requirements and equipment.
- Review daily reports, including arrivals, VIPs, and groups, following up on action items.
- Build strong relationships with support departments.
- Administer wake-up calls.
- Perform other duties as assigned. **Qualifications:****Your Experience and Skills Include:**- Flexibility to work all shifts, including overnights, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience in Front Office or PBX operations in a luxury setting is a plus.
- Proficiency in Front Office Systems (Micros-Fidelio) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and rational decision-making skills.
- A strong guest service orientation with a creative approach to challenges.
- Excellent follow-up skills and the ability to work as part of a large, diverse team.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional guest service.
- Comfort working in a dog-friendly environment, with an ability to work around animals and animal dander.
- Frequent walking and standing during shifts.
- Ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
