Join our 3rd shift team as a Machine Operator and help shape the future of metal fabrication. If you’re detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and ready to grow your skills, we want to hear from you! What You’ll Do: Set up and operate metal fabricating machines (brakes, shears, presses). Read blueprints and shop orders to determine machine setup and production methods. Adjust machine settings for pressure, speed, and depth. Align and position workpieces for accurate cutting and forming. Inspect finished parts and document any deviations. Label and move parts to proper storage areas. Train new team members as needed. Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE. What You Bring: One-year certificate from a technical school or 3–6 months of related experience. Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (scale, calipers). Basic math and reasoning skills. Familiarity with CNC software and PC use (varies by machine). Forklift license (or ability to obtain within 3 months).
