Your New Role

• Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems in Southampton, PA

• Complete HVAC system replacements and new equipment installations

• Install furnaces, condensers, air handlers, heat pumps, and ductless mini-split systems

• Modify and fabricate ductwork as needed for proper system performance

• Perform startup testing and verify proper system operation

• Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites

• Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members

• Follow local codes, safety standards, and company installation procedures

• Complete installation paperwork and job documentation accurately

• Troubleshoot installation issues and resolve problems in the field

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC installation experience

• EPA Universal Certification required

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred

• Experience installing residential and light commercial HVAC systems

• Knowledge of HVAC equipment, refrigerant systems, electrical components, and ductwork

• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manufacturer specifications

• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, basements, and outdoor conditions

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

• Reliable communication and customer service skills
