We are searching for Production Associate I to join the Cadence team! As a Production Associate, you will assemble and test products, maintain accurate records and documentation, and performing inspections on products.

• 1st and 2nd shift opportunities available: Our 1shift works Monday - Thursday 6:00am-4:30pm, and our 2nd shift works Monday-Thursday 4:30pm-3:00am with a 10% shift differential. With optional or mandatory OT when required.

The ideal candidate will have a great attitude and a desire to learn. The following qualifications/experience set is also helpful:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and understand process documents.
• Minimum 1 year, experience operating in a procedure-driven environment.
• Must have basic mathematical skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Experience in assembly/manufacturing environment, specifically in a clean room environment is preferred.
• Strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Adhere to PPE requirements.
