Landscape Team Member

Responsibilities
- Maintain lawns, gardens, and outdoor spaces for commercial clients, including mowing, trimming, mulching, and planting
- Perform seasonal cleanups to keep properties tidy and visually appealing
- Assist with irrigation checks and basic maintenance of landscape systems
- Operate hand tools and power equipment such as shovels, rakes, trimmers, and saws
- Plant flowers, shrubs, trees, and ground cover to enhance landscapes
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete daily tasks efficiently and safely
- Support the team in various weather conditions to meet client expectations
Qualifications
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn new landscaping skills and techniques
- Comfortable working outdoors in a range of weather conditions
- Ability to lift and move landscaping equipment and materials as needed
- Experience with landscaping tasks such as mowing, edging, pruning, and trimming is a plus, but not required
- Comfortable using basic landscaping tools
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to commute to Robinson Township, PA
Compensation
$18.00 – $20.00 per hour
