The Position : Our client is looking for a Mental Health Worker and Professional to provide supportive therapeutic/case work services in harmony with the Family Based team to effectively manage family crisis situations and to promote and sustain a stable living environment for the family.

• $21.02 Per Hour

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field of study
• Act 33 and FBI Clearances
• BLS and CPR Certifications
• 1 year experience in a CASSP system program

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Family Based Mental Health Professionals during home, school, or community visits/sessions
• Provide supportive counseling using identified techniques in relation to the family counseling goals and the treatment plan
• Teach parents to be behavior change agents, in relation to negative patterns of interactions within the family structure
• Teach parents how to access and make use of a wide range of available community services
• Provide therapeutic support/casework services for the families as well as the identified patient
• Be available to assigned families 24 hours 7 days a week on a rotating schedule and provide back up for other team members when on call
