Our client in Greensburg, PA is hiring for an onsite Administrative Assistant for a leave, this would be a contract assignment for 10 weeks. 20 hours a week/part time (hours open between: 9am - 4pm, M-F. Pay: $17-20.
Handles daily administrative and development tasks including answering phones, mail, gift processing, donor acknowledgements, and membership renewals. Supports fundraising events and assists with data entry and donor database updates.
Additional Duties:
Manage social media updates and website (WordPress) event postings.
Coordinate with Real Post Productions on marketing content.
Maintain records, track gifts, and prepare thank-you letters.
Provide general office support and manage multiple priorities.
Skills:
Strong administrative background, basic Excel and data entry skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Proven experience in administrative support or a similar role.• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with office software tools.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented approach and ability to interact with clients and colleagues.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
