Regional Sales Manager - Commercial Landscaping Services

Overview
Our client is an industry leader in the commercial landscaping business. The right candidate will have at least 3 years sales management experience and a min of 5 years experience in Commercial Landscaping (sales or account management). The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for leading the business development team and account management team while building relationships with new and existing clients. Our client also expects this candidate to be a selling sales manager. Must have experience bringing in net new accounts and also managing a team of sales representatives and account managers.
Responsibilities :
- Planning budgets and activities for all the sales in the company
- Build strong client relationships both new and existing
- Build and nurture the team that develops long-lasting relationships with clients
- Oversee how the sales team acts as the point of contact between the company and the client to help solve problems and achieve business goals by building trust and providing strategic and realistic solutions.
- Focus on customer retention, revenue growth, and relationship growth to measure the success of their clients portfolios.
- Hiring and onboarding new hunter sales representatives
- Develop strategies to grow existing accounts and ensure quality and cost-effective services
- Lead the account team to act as client advocates and work with internal departments to ensure client needs are understood and satisfied.
- Assist sales, handle client complaints, analyze data and improve the overall customer experience
- Help sales representatives and account managers close business
- Present to and influence key stakeholders in our company and clients
- Insures a smooth service experience for customers
