Server
Duties
- Maintaining High Service Standards in an approachable and fun Casual Dining Environment
- Extensive Beverage & Food Menu Knowledge, assisted by provided training materials
- Managing a section of tables - guiding your guests throughout the menu while demonstrating competency in all steps of service
- Setting Up and Closing Down the Restaurant, including any relevant Side Work
- Keeping the Dining Room & Service Areas clean, neat, and tidy throughout service
- Communicate with Staff & Management to assist with a seamless and efficient work environment
- Supporting fellow FOH team members
Expectations & Physical Demands
- Weekend evening availability required.
- Attend scheduled shifts on time and in accordance with dress code and appearance guidelines
- Fair notice of availability changes and time off requests
- Strong knowledge of products sold in retail bottle shop
- This position will require the employee to periodically lift, push, pull or carry items up to 50 lbs in weight (outdoor furniture, assisting with deliveries, etc)
- This position requires the employee to stand for extended periods of time
- This position will require the employee to periodically climb stairs, ramps or uneven surfaces
