Job Title: Business Analyst

Location-Type: Hybrid (3 days onsite in Fort Washington, PA – Wednesdays required)

Start Date Is: Mid-September

Duration: 6-month contract-to-hire

Compensation Range: $50-60/hr on W2 ONLY (no c2c)

Job Description:
Serve as a critical link between business units and IT to ensure technology solutions effectively support strategic goals.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Analyze and resolve application and system issues

• Facilitate requirements gathering and create documentation for system enhancements

• Support agile processes with user stories, sprint planning, and testing

• Collaborate with QA for testing and validation

• Develop functional, reporting, and technical specifications

• Track risks, issues, and key decisions

• Coordinate small project teams and deployment support

Requirements:

• Must-Haves:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 3 years of experience with SDLC and system requirements gathering

  • Proven ability to map business processes and translate into technical needs

  • Experience working across the full project lifecycle

  • Strong analytical, collaboration, and communication skills

• Nice-to-Haves:

  • PMI-PBA, CBAP, or CAPM certification

  • Agile certification (CSM or AAC)

  • Experience in the building or construction industry
