Financial Services Representative (FSR) – West Side Office

F&M Trust is seeking an enthusiastic and service-driven Financial Services Representative (FSR) to join our team at our West Side Office in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. If you enjoy helping people, building relationships, and working in a professional environment where no two days are exactly alike, this may be the opportunity for you. As an FSR, you will be the face of the branch, assisting customers with their everyday banking needs while identifying solutions that help them achieve their financial goals. Whether you are new to banking or bringing prior experience, we will provide the training and support needed to build a successful career.

What You'll Be Doing

• Welcome customers and create a positive banking experience
• Process a variety of financial transactions accurately and efficiently
• Assist customers with questions regarding accounts, services, and banking solutions
• Build trusted relationships through meaningful conversations
• Recommend products and services that align with customer needs
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Participate in ongoing learning opportunities and professional development
• Expand your banking knowledge with future opportunities to open new accounts and perform additional banking functions

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time position
• Approximately 36–40 hours per week
• Starting pay generally ranges from $16–$18 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
• Additional incentive opportunities available through customer referrals

Qualifications

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Enjoy working directly with customers
• Are motivated to learn and grow in a sales and service environment
• Can balance multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy
• Thrive as part of a collaborative team
• Adapt well to changing priorities and business needs

Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, financial services, sales, or cash handling is helpful but not required.
