Manufacturing Technician II
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Manufacturing Technician II to join our team in Leetsdale, PA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our manufacturing process, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct quality inspections and tests on products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving equipment malfunctions.
- Document production processes and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with team members to improve production efficiency and safety.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or technical role.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
