Our agency opened in 2025 and is currently a growing team of two, with plans to continue expanding as we build the office. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a sales leader with State Farm, which gave me valuable experience developing teams and helping people succeed in this business. Im also a proud veteran, and the values of discipline, accountability, and teamwork strongly influence the way I lead and support our team. As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Matt Jacob - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
