Bottling Production Operator

Join Marburger Farm Dairy, a family-owned and operated company since 1938, dedicated to providing high-quality local dairy products and exceptional customer service. We are currently looking for a reliable Bottling Floor Operator/Production Line Personnel to become part of our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for producing and packaging quality products while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Please note that this position involves a significant amount of standing in one place and performing repetitive tasks throughout the day. Additionally, you will work in a high sanitation area, which requires regular cleaning duties.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all products produced meet accepted specifications
• Operate assigned equipment efficiently, minimizing out-of-specification products
• Perform required quality checks and complete paperwork accurately
• Report safety and maintenance issues promptly
• Adhere to GMP, HACCP, and all other safety procedures
• Clean equipment according to company procedures and report any issues
• Be able to lift, pull, and push up to 50lbs
• Be flexible with hours and have reliable transportation

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Driver's License and Reliable Transportation
• Must pass a background check, drug test, and physical
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks (training provided)

Compensation

Pay: From $16.00 per hour , with overtime opportunities available.
