Ive been in the insurance business for 10 years, and my family has been part of the industry for more than 67 years. Today, our agency includes a team of eight and continues to grow with a strong focus on professionalism, service, and long-term career development. I hold a bachelors degree in Economics from Penn State University and a CLU designation, and Im licensed across multiple states in property and casualty, life and health, annuities, and financial services. Our office was also recognized as a 2026 Top 3 Best of the Best insurance agency in Southwest Pennsylvania. Community involvement is a big part of who we are. I serve as President of the Bethel Park Community Foundation and Treasurer of the Bethel Park Public Library Board, and we regularly participate in local events, youth sports sponsorships, and initiatives like Washington, PAs Kids Fest and Bethel Bounty. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. - Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
