We are a boutique wellness clinic seeking a highly skilled Craniosacral Fascial Therapist (Gillespie Approach) to join us as a Lead Therapist and Mentor . We are busy and focused on growth. Our owner needs someone to help take the reigns This is a dual-role position: you'll provide hands-on treatment to adults, children, and infants, while also managing, training, and mentoring our junior staff and interns.

We're looking for a leader with strong experience in identifying and releasing fascial strain patterns. Experience with infant CFT is a major plus , or a strong willingness to master it. You will work closely with our founder in a quiet, integrative setting, delivering deep, trauma-informed healing. Flexible part-time hours, strong leadership potential, and a mission-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

• Provide client sessions using the Gillespie Approach to CFT
• Work with adults, children, and infants (infant CFT experience preferred, or willingness to train)
• Collaborate on client care with the founder and mineral expert
• Mentor and support new therapists and interns learning CFT (Lead role only)
• Help uphold the clinical culture and quality of care

Qualifications

• Fully trained in the Gillespie Approach to Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (required)
• Licensed bodyworker (LMT, OT, PT, or similar) in the state of Pennsylvania
• Highly skilled in identifying and releasing fascial strain patterns
• Experience with or willingness to train in infant and postpartum CFT
• Calm, professional, and trauma-informed presence
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Bonus if You Have:

• Experience with postpartum and/or infant clients
• Familiarity with mineral balancing, HTMA, WAPF, or functional nutrition
• Understand Somatic Experiencing or Polyvagal Theory
• Experience mentoring or supervising other therapists
