Job Description

The Applications Engineer will be responsible for developing proposals and application concepts, coordinating customer projects, and providing leadership on projects to ensure customer satisfaction. This role involves meeting project objectives, delivery dates, and quality standards by coordinating project personnel, processes, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop proposals and application concepts.

• Coordinate customer projects to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.

• Provide leadership on projects to achieve customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with project personnel, manage processes, and implement procedures.

Essential Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Experience with capital equipment design, particularly large-scale manufacturing and material handling equipment.

• Proficiency in Solidworks or Inventor.

• Strong project management skills.

• Experience in customer-facing roles and inside sales.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in machine design.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.

• Ability to engage in design activities as business permits.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Quakertown, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $90000.00/hr.
