NOW HIRING: Occupational Therapist (OT)

Horsham Center for Jewish Life is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our collaborative therapy team.

Positions Available: Full-Time | Part-Time | PRN

We are looking for an OT who is passionate about helping residents improve independence, function, and quality of life in a supportive care environment.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services based on physician orders

• Establish appropriate short- and long-term goals

• Implement and modify treatment plans based on resident progress and clinical needs

• Monitor resident response to treatment and document progress

• Participate in resident assessments and care plan development

• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and other interdisciplinary team members

• Provide resident-centered care focused on maximizing independence and quality of life

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

• Current Occupational Therapist license in good standing required

• Experience working with the geriatric population preferred

• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills

• Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care
