Business Systems Analyst
We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst to join a dynamic team. This pivotal role bridges business needs and technology solutions, ensuring systems enhance operational efficiency and support strategic growth. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, translating complex requirements into actionable plans that align with organizational goals. As a key contributor, you will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of software solutions, including initiatives such as Salesforce deployment and innovative projects like remote online notarization and enhanced customer experiences.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the design and implementation of software solutions that support operational and strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with project managers, business leaders, and vendors to guide projects from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and propose solutions that drive efficiency and innovation.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring seamless project execution.
- Influence technology strategies and contribute to the development of organizational standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience in implementing software systems and streamlining processes.
- Excellent communication skills to document solutions and engage stakeholders effectively.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and requirements analysis.
- Professional certifications such as IIBA or equivalent are a plus, but hands-on experience is equally valued.
- Strategic problem-solving skills and the ability to drive projects independently.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual salary: $85–95k , plus lucrative bonuses based on performance.
