Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care setting, including medication administration and treatments per physician orders.
- Perform ongoing assessments, document findings, and contribute to care planning and updates.
- Monitor vital signs, respond to changes in condition, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safety and comfort.
- Administer therapies as assigned (e.g., wound care, IV therapy) and maintain infection control practices.
- Document care accurately in the electronic health record and communicate with supervising clinicians and families as appropriate.

Requirements
- Active RN license in Pennsylvania (or eligibility for PA licensure)
- Nursing degree from an accredited program (ASN or BSN)
- Prior RN experience in long-term care or geriatric settings preferred
- Ability to work evenings and nights; 40 hours per week; flexible with shift coverage
- Strong communication and clinical skills; ability to work in a fast-paced LTC environment
