Minimum requirements for the position are**: Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Financial Management, or closely related discipline; plus 1 year of employment experience in the job offered (Project Manager), Project Management Specialist, Product Manager, Business Consultant, Associate Manager, Accounting Manager, Project Coordinator, or closely related occupation.

Duties:

• Perform project management of the transition activities, post integration gaps resolution, and retrospective surveys.
• Leading and managing integration programs for newly acquired entities and coordinating project activities across various teams.
• Contributing to the development and executing integration strategies and roadmaps, coordinating workstreams, tracking milestones, resolving issues, and aligning objectives between EPAM and acquired entities.
• Conducting discovery and assessment sessions across key business functions, documenting processes and internal controls to guide scalable integration planning and ensure compliance with local and global reporting standards during transitional pre integration phase.
• Defining scope, business requirements, and system specifications for enterprise platform integrations, including SAP, CTC, Concur, CRM, Compensation, TIME, Financial planning tools.
• Collaborating with Developer teams on joint projects for custom system set ups and reports to support various regulatory and business needs (weekly TIME report for utilization and resource assignment planning; SAP statutory ledgers) enhancements of existing ones.
• Aligning diverse stakeholder groups on the delivery of scalable, sustainable integration solutions, ensuring preparedness for system go-lives and long-term operational stability.
• Managing data collection, validation, and synchronized uploads for acquired entities, including supplier and customer records, contracts, workforce data, and time reporting, to support seamless system cutovers.
• Organizing users training for EPAM system navigation, approval workflows, and reporting structures to ensure smooth onboarding and consistent process adoption.
• Supporting leadership with strategic planning around onboarding, resource allocation, training, and the development of acquired teams within the broader organization.
