OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Lancaster, PA by HMD Trucking
Requirements - 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Vacancy description
From Lancaster, PA you'll operate OTR dry van lanes across the U.S., focusing on safe, timely deliveries and professional customer service while working with a supportive dispatcher network.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Drive long-haul routes, pick up and deliver freight, and communicate updates to dispatch.
- Complete pre/post-trip inspections, secure loads and maintain accurate driving logs.
Driver Requirements & Offerings:
- CDL-A and a minimum of 12 months' verifiable experience.
- Competitive pay starting at 65 CPM with average weekly miles around 2,500 and incentive bonuses.
- Modern trucks (<3 yrs) featuring APUs, inverters and sleepers, in-house maintenance, biweekly home time and full benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO and 401(k).
