Job Purpose
To operate and maintain evaporation systems that remove water from process sludge and wastewater safely and efficiently — supporting Sibanye-Stillwater Reldan’s mission of environmental responsibility and resource recovery.
Key Responsibilities
Operate evaporation equipment to remove water from process sludge and wastewater.
Chisel, descale, and maintain evaporation systems.
Pump and transfer solutions safely and efficiently.
Perform inspections, record weights, and maintain detailed logs.
Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
Lift and move materials (up to 50 lbs.) while adhering to all safety standards.
Education and Work Experience Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required.
Ability to read and follow written and oral instructions and safety procedures.
Comfortable working on your feet in a production environment.
Reliable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented.
Willingness to work occasional nights or weekends as needed.
Compliance Requirements
Employment in this position requires compliance with NAID (National Association for Information Destruction) standards and ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) requirements. Candidates must meet all applicable compliance criteria to be eligible for employment.
Schedule
Shift: Monday–Friday, 2nd shift -1:30 PM to 10:00 PM
Location: Onsite only — collaboration and safety thrive in person.

401(k) with company match after 6 months:
Dollar-for-dollar match up to 3%.
Fifty cents on the dollar for the next 2%.
