Warehouse Operations Technician

As a Warehouse Operations Technician, you'll independently handle pulling, packing, transporting, and storing materials while meticulously inspecting incoming components with precision tools.
Imagine Your Day:
- Start by reviewing work orders to assess today's priorities, whether it's moving, collecting, or distributing items.
- Engage in physical work, manually or with equipment like forklifts, to load/unload materials.
- Deploy cranes to carry materials to their destinations.
- Inspect materials using tools like calipers and micrometers, ensuring specifications match.
- Enter detailed transactions into our systems, maintaining exact records.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and suppliers for seamless operations.
- Identify ways to enhance processes, aiming for excellence in reducing waste and costs.
- Rigorously follow OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Capably handle company vehicles when tasks require mobility.
- Weekly engage in safety inspections to ensure equipment remains prime for use.
Your Growth Path
- Gain experience in every warehouse role through cross-training initiatives.
Required Skills
- Completed high school education or equivalent.
- Five years minimum experience with warehouse operations and forklift usage.
- Able to manage 70-pound loads and efficiently maneuver material handling tools.
- Sound math skills with fluent English capabilities.
