Traveling Merchandising and Fixture Lead
Join our dynamic team at BT Retail Solutions, a division of Apollo Retail Specialists, where we've proudly served America's most respected brands as a premier construction and fixture installation company for over three decades. We're currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our reset/remodel teams.
Our projects involve travel within your state and neighboring states, and we cover mileage, hotel accommodations, and per diem for meals while you're on the road. Shifts vary and include both day and overnight hours, Monday through Sunday. Joining our team means you'll have access to training and advancement opportunities, along with competitive pay.
If you thrive in a hands-on, team-oriented environment and are willing to travel, we encourage you to apply today—and don't forget to include your resume!
As a Traveling Merchandiser and Fixture Lead, you'll work alongside the team while supervising your crew. Your responsibilities will include safely moving, building, tearing down, and repositioning beams and shelving in store bays, relocating or adjusting the position of stock currently on display, relabeling shelves with new pricing labels, and ensuring products, information, signage, stickers, and other required materials are placed according to Plan-O-Grams and instructions. Join us in making a difference with our esteemed clients!
Requirements:
- 1+ year(s) of experience in retail resets, merchandising, light construction, or related skills within the industry, including team management experience.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects within a region and supervising crews during reset/remodels, while meeting hours expectations and maintaining work quality.
- Background in the safe use of tools.
- Reliable transportation.
- Availability for varied shifts, including overnight shifts.
- Willingness to travel within your state and surrounding states starting from your first week.
- Demonstrated ability to interact efficiently and professionally with clients and team members.

- Ability to consistently pull, push, and lift materials weighing up to 50 lbs throughout scheduled shifts.
- Comfortable working on a ladder up to 20 feet off the ground.
- No pets or guests allowed in hotel rooms (individuals with service animals should discuss their needs with HR).
