SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Astound, a leader in telecommunications, seeks a dynamic Door to Door Sales Representative to expand our reach, connecting residents and businesses with our cutting-edge internet, phone, and cable services. As the forefront ambassador of Astound, you will directly contribute to our ethos of providing reliable, innovative solutions by bringing our services to the doorstep of potential new customers. This role requires resilience, excellent interpersonal skills, and a driven personality capable of meeting sales goals through strategic door-to-door sales tactics.
Responsibilities
- Travel within assigned regions to promote and sell Astound's internet, phone, and cable services.
- Establish first contact and build relationships with potential customers by understanding their needs and recommending appropriate products and services.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of all products, pricing models, promotions, and service features.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Record customer information, interactions, and sales in the CRM system.
- Attend team meetings and sales training sessions.
- Handle customer questions or objections, turning challenges into sales opportunities.
