Dispatcher

We are seeking a detail-oriented Dispatcher / Field Distribution Coordinator to join our team in an office setting. In this role, you will manage daily Excel spreadsheet reports, coordinate order placement, ensure required documentation is signed, and route trucks efficiently.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create and update daily truck routes and trip sheets.
Provide high-level customer service to internal and external partners via email and phone.
Maintain and update delivery tracking systems and Oracle CC/DFF notes.
Print bills of lading, request certificates of insurance, and email daily schedules to marketplaces.
Handle light route scheduling/rescheduling when unexpected changes or delays occur.
Support product movement coordination between distribution centers and customers, including equipment returns.
