Position title: SAP iXp Intern – SAP Experience Center Factory/Showfloor Support
Location: Newtown Square, PA (In office)
Expected Duration: May 2026 - May 2027
Work Hours: 40 hours per week
The SAP Experience Center Factory/Showfloor Support Intern supports the organization to ensure the flawless execution of every customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks
- Preparation and execution support of customer visits
- Participate in preparation calls with account teams and storytellers in order to prepare the space as needed for each tour. Work with our team of experts to gain an overall understanding of the factory and showfloor content of SAP enterprise software solutions.
- Support content creation for customized tours
- Customize the factory and showfloor for upcoming customer tours if needed
- Support the execution of customer tours including virtual broadcasting/production support if needed
- Assist with technical presentations and product demos in the factory.
- Take video, photos, and notes during important visits
- Edit/prepare video content for post-customer visit highlight videos
- Coordination and support of all onsite customer and partner events in the Experience Center to ensure a seamless experience working closely with our customer engagement team
- Maintenance and operations support of the Experience Center factory and showcase space
- Connect with 3rd party support partners for troubleshooting assistance and coordinate proactive maintenance activities
- Prepare the factory and showroom daily to receive the customer and account team for their tour
- Learn SAP Experience Center portfolio of Innovation Showcases and present the contents to participants after gaining proficiency over a period of time
- Contribution to project management and communication-related to the Experience Center
- Support projects across the North American Experience Centers and Create content for executive briefings in the form of PowerPoint presentations, Excel reports, videos, etc.
What you'll bring:
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Currently enrolled as a student at a university/college or recent graduate For recent graduates, joining date must be within six months of graduation date.
- Preferred fields of study: Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration / Marketing / Communications or related course of study
- Curiosity in technological topics, fast learner, and an urge to understand how things work
- Proficiency with IT Tools and especially proficient Microsoft productivity tools (PowerPoint, word, excel)
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work in a global and international environment
- Experience in project management with a high degree of motivation and ability to work independently
- Embraces fast pace, constant change with grace under pressure
Nice to have:
- Ability to speak Spanish for engaging with our customers in Latin America
- Coding experience

Compensation Range Transparency : SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 15-62(USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
