What You’ll Do:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Support residents during meals, including serving food and assisting with feeding when necessary.
- Take and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and respiration.
- Monitor residents’ health and report changes or concerns to the nursing team.
- Encourage residents to maintain their independence while ensuring their safety.
- Help with mobility and exercises, including repositioning and ambulation.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of resident care.
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families, fostering trust and comfort.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality care for all residents.
Qualifications You Bring:
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state.
- Previous experience in senior care or healthcare is a plus.
- A passion for serving older adults with dignity and respect.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
???? Work Schedule: Full-Time 3:00 pm-11:00 AM every other weekend (2nd Shift $2000 Sign-On Bonus)
