Compensation

• $75,000 – $125,000+ Income Potential (for the right person)
• Performance-based pay plan with strong earning potential

What You’ll Do

• Assist customers in finding the right vehicle for their needs and budget
• Build relationships and provide a professional, low-pressure experience
• Handle internet leads, phone calls, and showroom guests
• Learn product knowledge and stay up to date on new models and features
• Follow up with customers to guide them through the buying process
• Work as part of a team focused on delivering an excellent customer experience

What We’re Looking For

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong communication and people skills
• Customer service or sales experience is a plus (not required)
• Motivated to build a long-term career, not just a job
• Ability to work evenings and Saturdays
• Valid driver’s license
