I opened my agency in 1990 after working in the insurance industry on the financial side, bringing a strong understanding of long-term planning and customer needs into agency ownership. Today, our team includes four members, and weve built a warm, friendly, and very casual office environment where relationships truly matter. Im a proud mom of three daughters and a grandmother to five grandbabies, and that family-first mindset carries into how we care for our customers and support one another. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative for the Ellen Taub State Farm Agency , you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
