The Season Aeration Technician in Souderton, PA will learn Joshua Tree Experts' Lawn Care processes to provide high-quality customer service and professional lawn care treatments. This role has no supervisory responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Operations & Quality Service: Demonstrate investment in the company vision, complete daily assigned work efficiently, and provide excellent customer service while building professional, trusting client relationships. This includes safely operating all aeration equipment as trained, preparing your truck daily with proper product selection and quantity, and monitoring/restocking inventory.

• Equipment & Safety: Utilize and understand built-in software on phones, tablets, and laptops. Safely operate all assigned equipment, conduct daily vehicle inspections, perform/schedule vehicle/equipment servicing, and comply with all safety rules, including active participation in weekly tailgate meetings and training sessions.

• Problem Solving & Lead Generation: Identify and diagnose common lawn problems, recommend treatments for lawn health or other property needs (including tree care, plant health care, and pest control), and generate leads for new and existing clients for these services.

• Performance & Administration: Meet or exceed daily production and performance goals as assigned, and complete all paperwork and product information accurately for proper recordkeeping. Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Abilities:

• Personal Drive: Strong ability to be self-motivated, driven, organized, and efficient.

• Technical Acumen: Ability to utilize lawn care equipment (spreaders, ride-on spreaders, liquid sprayers), identify and diagnose lawn care issues, and recognize hazardous situations.

• Communication: Strong ability to communicate effectively.

• Work Availability: Must be able to work at least 40 hours per week, with availability for overtime and weekends if necessary.

Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Valid Driver's License required.

• No experience necessary, but Registered Technician or experience with a commercial vehicle with a tow attachment is a strong plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to and exceeding 50 lbs. at one time, repeatedly throughout the day.

• Must be able to bend, stoop, and walk up steep hills while pushing or dragging equipment.

Salary & Benefits:

• $17 hourly.

• Benefits are eligible if hired full-time following the season, after a 90-day probationary period.
