- Making desserts, dressings, salads and cold menu items
- General cleaning to include equipment, floors, walls, coolers and freezers
- Plating dishes - presenting food for guests to the chefs specifications
- Ability to stay positive under pressure
- Ability to work as a team in a fast-paced environment
