We are seeking a Dental Hygienist to join our busy, growing dentistry practice. The ideal candidate will not only meet the clinical requirements but also bring strong communication skills, professionalism, and a team-oriented attitude. We value candidates who are compassionate, detail-oriented, and able to put patients at ease.

Responsibilities:

· Collect and review patients’ medical and dental histories

· Provide routine prophylaxis for patients of all ages

· Perform scaling and root planning

· Chart dental conditions based on the dentist’s evaluations

· Sterilize and prepare instruments and tools

· Educate patients of all ages on proper dental hygiene and care

· Take digital x-rays

· Make recall appointments

· Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment

Requirements:

· Associate degree in Dental Hygiene

· Current Pennsylvania license

· Current CPR certification

· Current X-ray certification

· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build patient rapport

· Excellent attention to detail

· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

· Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with dental best practices
